Your client interview is tailored to your business. Our goal is to ask you every question that a potential buyer might ask you, so you’re prepared with an accurate answer.

We’ll cover the basics, like when you launched your business, your location(s), your staff members, and your daily workload. We’ll also cover more complex topics like marketing, manufacturing, developers, P&Ls, cash vs. accrual, inventory, cost of goods, and owner salaries.

We’ll review the details together because nothing else matters if the numbers aren’t correct.

Using the information you’ve given us and our extensive experience evaluating businesses, we’ll create a clear, enticing package that highlights your business’ strengths and admits its weaknesses.
